In stock items typically ship within 2 business days of receiving your order and payment. Delivery time typically takes 5-15 business days.
Package Tracking
If you have registered for an account on our website, you may log in at any time to check the status of your order. You will also be emailed when your order has shipped and the tracking number on the package will be included.
Warranty and Returns
If any defects in workmanship, material or manufacturing occur under normal use within 30 days of the purchase date, we will gladly substitute the product for a new one. In case of substitution
it can not be guaranteed that the consumer will receive the same design, however a product of equal value will be substituted for the customer. The Warranty is subject to abuse, modification, misuse,
negligence or accident. Each individual case will be subject to a review by our staff.
Returns have to be sent back to our office prepaid. Full refund in the amount of
the product, this does not include shipping. Product has to be returned within 10 business days of receiving goods.
